Qualifications: Knowledge/Experience in medical coding, High school diploma or equivalent, Computer experience, RHIT certification preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in processing Legal requests.
• Assure that all medical record information is protected and kept confidential.
• File medical records and retrieve medical records upon request.
• Review medical records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations.
