RemX is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Records Specialist to join a high-volume healthcare environment. This role is responsible for processing medical record requests, auditing records for accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation across multiple systems.

Job Title: Medical Records Specialist

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8am-4:30pm EST

Location: Onsite (Panama City, FL 32401)

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Duration: 3-6 months (Temp with potential for perm hire)

• Process and fulfill medical record requests in a timely manner
• Review and audit medical records for accuracy and completeness
• Document and update information across multiple systems using dual monitors
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and confidentiality standards

Experience working in a high-volume or production-based environment, Strong attention to detail and accuracy, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, Self-motivated
