Lead with purpose. Build with impact. We're looking for an experienced healthcare leader to establish and grow our new Medical Referrals Manager role, driving strategy, strengthening teams, and expanding access to specialty care across our communities.
Salary: $91,400 - $106,050 annually

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing Referrals team by overseeing supervisors, standardizing operations, and driving excellence across multiple clinic locations.
- Improve patient access to specialty care by leading referral coordination, telehealth, eConsult, and FQHC specialty programs that ensure timely, seamless care.
- Drive strategy and innovation by developing department goals, analyzing operational data, and leading process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and the patient experience.
- Build meaningful partnerships with specialty providers, healthcare organizations, telehealth vendors, and community partners to expand access and strengthen coordinated care.
- Develop future leaders by coaching supervisors, fostering a collaborative team culture, and ensuring staff have the tools, training, and support to succeed.

Required Experience:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years’ experience in progressively responsible experience in healthcare referrals, or a related healthcare setting using an EHR.
- Three years’ of management or supervisory experience with responsibility for leading teams and developing staff. Experience supervising supervisors or multiple locations is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer-based applications in a professional manner.
- Current and in good standing: CDL, vehicle insurance and DMV report.
