Job Title: Medical Representative
Job Description
Join a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of the workforce. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to work closely with the WHS site manager, WHS specialist, and occasionally the Injury Prevention Specialist (IPS). As an OMR, you will independently assess and administer first aid, offer guidance on injuries or illnesses, and refer care to outside medical providers as needed. You will play a crucial role in supporting health and wellness principles and ensuring a safe work environment.

Work Environment
Positions involve shift work with one role covering Wednesday-Saturday nights (6:00 PM to 4:30 AM) and another covering Sunday-Wednesday days (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM). Both positions require weekend and holiday coverage with up to 55 hours weekly, including 15 hours overtime, particularly during high-volume periods. You will work in environments with varying noise levels and variable temperatures, including outside loading departments. The role involves physical activity such as lifting up to 49 pounds, frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and standing/walking for up to 12 hours during shifts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.
