We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Retina Specialist to join our practice. This role offers an opportunity to step into an established and expanding retina patient base with strong referral relationships, modern facilities, and long-term growth potential.

Job Responsibilities:
Established medical retina volume with strong internal and community referrals
Opportunity to focus on medical retina with minimal administrative burden
Support from experienced ophthalmologists, optometrists, technicians, and administrative staff
Access to advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies
Flexible scheduling options with potential for partnership-style growth
Diagnose and manage medical retinal conditions, including but not limited to:
Diabetic retinopathy
Age-related macular degeneration
Retinal vascular diseases
Macular edema
Perform in-office retinal procedures and intravitreal injections
Collaborate closely with comprehensive ophthalmologists and optometrists
Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care aligned with best clinical practices
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency
Fellowship training in Medical Retina (or Retina)
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
Eligible for medical licensure in Connecticut
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused mindset
