Pay & Benefits
  • Pay & Incentives:
    • Entry level: $45,000 base salary + uncapped commission
    • Experienced candidates: up to $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and expand referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers within a rural territory.
  • Educate providers on Rotech’s products, services, and value-based care solutions.
  • Prospect, present, and close new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow an assigned territory through face-to-face visits and relationship building.
  • Partner with clinical and operational teams to ensure exceptional patient service.
  • Track sales activity and territory trends using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings to foster long-term provider partnerships.
What You Need
  • Required:
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
    • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work independently in a rural setting
    • Sales experience, especially in DME, respiratory, or medical fields
  • Preferred:
    • CRM experience
    • Leadership experience in athletics, academics, or employment
