Job Title: Medical Sales Account Executive – Michigan & Wisconsin (Home Medical Equipment)

Location: Menominee, MI (preferably within 15–20 miles) with frequent travel across Green Bay, Sturgeon Bay, Antigo, Iron Mountain, Escanaba, and surrounding areas.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a motivated and relationship-oriented sales professional interested in making a meaningful impact in healthcare? We are seeking an enthusiastic Medical Sales Account Executive to propel growth within a dynamic multi-location territory across Michigan and Wisconsin.

In this role, you will build and nurture strong referral partnerships, promote innovative home medical equipment solutions, and deliver exceptional service to healthcare providers and patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Account Growth: Identify, develop, and expand referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers within your territory.
  • Sales & Closure: Prospect new clients, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales while nurturing existing accounts to increase loyalty and revenue.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare professionals, educating them on our comprehensive portfolio of home medical solutions, including ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep devices, wound care, and diabetic supplies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with local clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and equipment.
  • Territory & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate activity logs, track opportunities, and analyze territory trends using CRM and reporting tools for strategic planning.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive patient and client information with professionalism, discretion, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Travel & Field Presence: Frequently visit clients and medical facilities across your designated territory, maintaining a flexible and autonomous schedule.

Qualifications
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to discuss healthcare solutions professionally and confidentially

Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of B2B or healthcare sales experience
  • Familiarity with respiratory equipment, oxygen therapy, CPAP, ventilators, wound care, or diabetic supplies
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Ability to simplify complex healthcare topics and build trust with clinical/referral partners

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry medical equipment and supplies as needed
  • Frequent sitting, walking, and standing during customer visits
  • Ability to read small print and operate various field devices

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000/year base, plus uncapped commissions
  • Performance Bonuses: Quarterly bonus opportunities
