  • Sales Development: Identify new opportunities, close sales, and expand referral networks to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and territory reports using CRM systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare or medical sales experience, especially in respiratory or medical devices.
  • Experience managing accounts, developing territory strategies, and leveraging CRM platforms.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Willingness to travel within a 15-20 mile radius; adaptability to cover broader areas as needed.

Physical & Travel Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry office and medical equipment.
  • Comfort with face-to-face client interactions, including sitting, walking, and standing during appointments.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory frequently.

Benefits & Career Development:
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential and quarterly bonuses.
  • Mileage reimbursement, company vehicle, and expense reimbursement programs.
