Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Medical Sales Account Executive to join our expanding team, covering the Gahanna and Central Ohio region. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, clinics, and hospitals within a 50-60 mile radius.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand referral networks.
- Educate healthcare professionals about our products and services, emphasizing clinical benefits and proper usage.
- Manage an assigned territory through strategic planning and consistent follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related healthcare or business field.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Proven sales aptitude with at least 2 years of B2B or healthcare sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.
- Comfortable presenting complex information clearly and confidently.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Background in medical, respiratory, or sellable healthcare products.
- Experience in account management, territory expansion, or medical sales.
- Leadership experience or familiarity with sales management tools.

Physical & Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively within central Ohio, typically within a 25-mile radius.
- Ability to lift and carry office or medical equipment as needed.
- Capable of sitting, standing, walking, and engaging in face-to-face client interactions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Uncapped commission potential, with quarterly bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
