Pay: $17-$19/hour (DOE)

Location: Albuquerque, NM (Onsite)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (daytime hours)

About the Opportunity

We're a third-party recruiting partner hiring for a confidential healthcare organization in Albuquerque, NM seeking a Medical Scheduler to support a busy patient access team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong phone skills, and can confidently manage inbound and outbound calls while keeping patient scheduling accurate and organized.

What You'll Do

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and clinic teams to schedule appointments
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and provide pre-visit information
• Schedule services and coordinate calendars across departments
• Update and verify patient demographics and appointment details in the system
• Support referral workflows and communicate with internal teams
• Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality while meeting productivity expectations

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of scheduling, call center, patient access, or medical office experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
