Job Details
Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Obtains accurate information regarding the scheduling of patients for SFH operating rooms through telephone, fax and computer with Physician offices.
- Ensures all Managed Care requirements are met at the time of scheduling and pre-certifications are obtained prior to admissions/procedures.
- Obtains, completes, and follows- up on all pertinent information required to schedule patients.
Scheduler Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3 years of Hospital/Physician office scheduling experience.
- Must have excellent problem solving skills, proficient in medical terminology and of OR operations.
Salary Range
USD $24.15 - USD $31.50 /Yr.
