A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Scheduler in the Corpus Christi, McAllen, or San Antonio, TX area.
This Scheduler will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position.

Scheduler Compensation
• Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on eligibility dates
• Daily schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required
• Remote role – Corpus Christi, McAllen, and San Antonio preferred but not required
• Contact members telephonically, making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls
• Schedule Annual Reassessments thirty days before the member’s annual end date
• Ensure completion of activities to validate continued eligibility for non-waiver services
• Maintain a minimum of 28 member contacts daily
• Achieve an audit score of 95% on a monthly basis
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of medical experience
• Must be knowledgeable in computer systems and associated software
• Call center experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Medicaid required
• Bilingual preferred
Scheduler Preferences
• Prior experience working with Medicaid MCOs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
