Medical Scheduler

Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an highly proficient, contract-to-hire Medical Scheduler to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in Muncie, IN!

What You Will Do:

• Accountable for scheduling surgical procedures, diagnostic procedures, primary care, specialty care, and internal referrals.
• Follows and reinforces all policies for case scheduling.
• Communicates information for each scheduled appointment.
• Accountable for auditing and/or completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner.
• Works under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of consecutive and recent (within the last 5 years) experience in a call center environment required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times required!

Shift Hours (Two Options Available):

• 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM availability M-F (40 hrs/wk)
• 11:30 to 7:00 PM Mon-Wed & 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thurs-Fri (32 hrs/wk)

Job Type: Contract-to-hire

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
