This is a highly desirable, competitive position at Majestic MD Spa. Our team is seeking a polished and service-driven Medical Spa Assistant to join our team in a high-touch, patient-focused environment. This is a client-facing role for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional, seamless experience at every interaction. We are looking for a self starter with experience in hospitality or spa environment. We are not looking for a manager


You’ll be supporting clients through cutting-edge wellness therapies, so we’re looking for someone who is open-minded, naturally curious, and excited to grow in an innovative space.


Key Responsibilities


  • Concierge-level client experience
  • Client flow, scheduling, and overall maintaining a luxury experience
  • Support clients before, during, and after services (including hyperbaric oxygen therapy)
  • Communicate confidently about services in a consultative, service-oriented manner
  • Maintain an impeccable, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Manage client communications, follow-ups, and retention touchpoints
  • Contribute to practice growth through service and relationship-building

Qualifications


  • Background in hospitality, luxury retail, medical, or spa environments preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional presence (required)
  • Sales experience or a consultative mindset (highly desired)
  • Open-minded with a strong interest in innovative wellness therapies
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to anticipate client needs
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, boutique setting
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented

Schedule Expectations
