Role Purpose

Coordinates the credentialing and privileging process of medical and allied health professional staff members.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and administers the credentialing and privileging process of medical staff members and allied health providers.Prepares credentialing documents and reviews applications to ensure privileges requested meet requirements.Administers and coordinates contract management, scheduling and billing programs.Processes medical staff status changes.Provides medical staff education and facilitates meetings with management as it relates to the medical staff and credentialing process.
