Job Description
Position: Medical Subject Matter Expert (SME) – AI Research
Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite – 2 days/week)
Duration: 6 Months
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Weekly Commitment: 35 Hours
Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical domain expertise to research and engineering teams.
- Review and evaluate medical and clinical research outputs for accuracy and relevance.
- Support the development and refinement of research models and methodologies.
- Analyze and synthesize information from medical literature, clinical guidelines, and scientific publications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex healthcare research questions.
- Document findings, recommendations, and industry insights.
- Stay current with advancements in medicine, clinical practice, and healthcare trends.
Required Qualifications:- MD or equivalent degree in Medicine, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research skills.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting medical or scientific literature.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Mountain View, CA, two days per week.
