Dependable Home Health is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a unique dual-role position supporting both our Clinical Operations and Human Resources departments.

What You'll Do
Clinical Support – Medical Supplies
- Coordinate medical supply orders for home health patients.
- Contact Durable Medical Equipment (DME) vendors to place new supply orders and monthly refills.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate order updates with clinicians and patients.
- Document supply orders and communications in WellSky (Kinnser).
- Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets and reports.
Human Resources Support
- Conduct employment reference checks.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare employee identification badges for new hires.
- Support compliance reporting and HR documentation.
- Assist with additional Human Resources projects and administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical supply ordering and management REQUIRED
- Previous administrative, healthcare, medical office, or HR support experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Physical Requirements
- Mild bending and lifting.
- Moderate standing and walking throughout the day.
- Frequent computer and telephone use.
