Exceptional Healthcare seeks a dedicated Medical Supply Support Coordinator to ensure our facility operates at peak efficiency. You'll manage essential supplies and facility coordination while supporting clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care.What You'll Do
    • Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to understand facility needs and support clinical operations
    • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for medical supplies and office materials within budget
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with external vendors
    • Organize storage areas and maintain efficient inventory systems
    • Provide administrative support to the CNO, including reports and scheduling
    • Act as point of contact for service providers and suppliers
    What You'll Need
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1-2 years administrative or support experience, preferably in healthcare
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
