Summary:

Goldbelt Nisga’a Tek, LLC is seeking a Medical Supply Warehouse Operator Instructor to provide support for individual and collective training events performed within RTS-Med. 

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Serves as Subject matter expert and primary instructor for the medical supply section operations
  • Serves as the Primary instructor for essential medical supply (68J) training/ course.
  • Responsible for executing tasks related to receipt, shipment, storage, and distribution of all classes of supply for the RTS-MED site with emphasis on CLVIII.
  • Maintains and develops warehouse storage plans and material security.
  • Assists in inventory requirements IAW USG regulations and policies.
  • Assists in processing and storage of new equipment
  • Recovers and returns materials from warehouse or storage area upon request.
  • Unloads and processes delivered materials to assigned storage areas.
  • Operates a variety of material handling equipment.
  • Utilizes commercial and military Class A vehicles to transport equipment.
  • Maintains organization, cleanliness, and physical security of all warehouse and storage areas utilized by the RTS-MED site.
  • Documents damage/loss of material upon receipt.
  • Processes and distributes materials as needed.
Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Experience in warehouse operations, DCAM level 1, 2 and 3

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four years of recent experience with the military as a Non-Commissioned Officer (E-5 or above) in a Role 3 or 4 medical treatment facility as a 68J or sister service equivalent.
  • Must possess a Foundations of Inventory Management (PIM) certification or be certified within 90 days of hire.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a commercial driver’s license (CDL) within 180 days of hire.
  • Must maintain a CDL throughout the duration of the contract.
  • Forklift certified or certified within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

 

Pay and Benefits
The pay rate for this position is $28.39 hourly.
