As a Medical Support Assistant, you will act as a trusted guide for patients and families navigating complex clinical research visits—ensuring accurate registration, smooth scheduling, clear communication, and a welcoming experience at every interaction. This is a long‑term, full‑time position in a nationally respected healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Effective written and verbal communication in English

Preferred:Experience in a healthcare, clinical, or medical office environment.
