What You Bring:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing
- Ability to thrive in a team-focused environment
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and respond to patient needs effectively
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience with Cerner EMR system
- Experience working in a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio setting
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care medical-surgical nursing experience
- Prior telemetry experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Day shift availability from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- No specific travel requirements; all reimbursements for licensure, certification, and travel when applicable
