Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience with any experience within the last 24 months (2 years).
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years current MICU experience required. Current ventilator experience required.
Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.
Special Requests: All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. The facility will not approve scheduling requests made after submission, at or after the time of offer, or during the interview; requests made after an offer may lead to a rescinded offer. The traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
Unit Details: A specialized MICU subunit focused on internal medicine and non-surgical diseases. Patients include severe infections (sepsis), acute respiratory failure, diabetic emergencies, poisonings, and severe organ dysfunction. Care focuses on complex internal illnesses managed with ventilators, continuous drug infusions such as vasopressors, and aggressive medical therapy rather than surgery.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work two blocks, if scheduled/needed: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after; Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after; New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and weekend after. No call. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted (less is better).
5 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
