Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience.
• Travel experience is required within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred.
• BSN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred.
Special Requests: An interview may not be given prior to an offer being made. RNs only: If CA state licensure is 3 months or less from expiration, proof that the renewal process has been initiated is required to apply. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. References must be from your most recent employment.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling: Variable shift days. Every other weekend. 26 weekend shifts per contract.
Floating Requirements: Ability to float to other UCSF facilities.
7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
