What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology patients in a mixed acuity PCU and MS unit
- Administer chemotherapy, blood products, and medications safely
- Monitor patient status using telemetry, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond to Rapid Response Teams
- Manage central and peripheral lines, including PICC lines and feeding tubes
- Collaborate with medical teams on autologous, allogeneic, and CAR-T treatments
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Support patient and family education and discharge planning
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio nursing license or appropriate multistate license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical and oncology experience
- EPIC electronic charting experience
- Knowledge of telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Skills in line management, blood product administration, and patient monitoring
Preferred:
- ACLS certification
- Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Certification
