What Youll Do
- Provide expert nursing care to oncology and hematology patients, including those receiving complex treatments like stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapy
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, managing dysrhythmias and using rapid response teams when needed
- Administer chemotherapy, blood products, and manage central and peripheral lines, including PICC lines
- Care for drainage tubes, feeding tubes, and provide respiratory support via nasal cannula
- Document care accurately using Epic computerized charting system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and safety
What You Need
- Active Ohio RN license
- BLS certification (required); ACLS and ONS Chemotherapy certification preferred
- At least 1 year of Med-Surg and oncology experience, including hematology/oncology patient care
- Proficiency with telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and IV management

This assignment is at a dedicated oncology and mixed acuity PCU and MS unit specializing in hematologic malignancies, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T therapies. The unit handles high-acuity patients requiring advanced nursing skills in a dynamic environment.
