Hourly Rate: $59.18

What Youll Do
Provide specialized nursing care for patients with hematologic and oncologic diagnoses such as lymphoma, multiple myeloma, leukemia, sickle cell disease, and other hematology/oncology conditions
Administer chemotherapy, blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, and other treatments as required
Monitor patients via telemetry, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond to emergencies using rapid response teams
Care for and manage central lines, PICC lines, IVs, feeding tubes, and blood products
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of infection prevention and patient safety
Float to other Med/Surg and Oncology units as needed
What You Need
Valid RN license in Ohio or applicable state
Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
Knowledge of oncology treatments and procedures preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred, but not mandatory)
Excellent clinical skills in IV therapy, blood draws, telemetry, and patient care management
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and follow strict safety protocols
