What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients with hematologic and oncologic diagnoses such as lymphoma, multiple myeloma, leukemia, sickle cell disease, and other hematology/oncology conditions
• Administer chemotherapy, blood transfusions, IV antibiotics, and other treatments as required
• Monitor patients via telemetry, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond to emergencies using rapid response teams
• Care for and manage central lines, PICC lines, IVs, feeding tubes, and blood products
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of infection prevention and patient safety
• Float to other Med/Surg and Oncology units as needed

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Ohio or applicable state
• Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
• Knowledge of oncology treatments and procedures preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Excellent clinical skills in IV therapy, blood draws, telemetry, and patient care management
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and follow strict safety protocols
