What You’ll Do

• Provide nursing care for hematology and oncology patients, including administering chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and IV antibiotics
• Monitor patient vital signs via telemetry, interpret arrhythmias, and respond to rapid response team alerts
• Manage central and peripheral lines, including PICC lines, blood draws, and IV insertions
• Ensure infection prevention protocols and patient safety, including fall prevention
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic charting
• Support patients with complex diagnoses, including lymphoma, leukemia, sickle cell disease, and other hematologic conditions

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience
• Oncology experience preferred but not required
• Strong skills in telemetry, IV therapy, blood product administration, and patient monitoring
