What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality nursing care for oncology and hematology patients, including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and stem cell transplant patients
  • Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias, ensuring prompt response to patient needs
  • Administer chemotherapy, blood products, and manage central and peripheral lines
  • Conduct patient assessments, vital signs, and manage feeding tubes and oxygen therapy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning and intervention
  • Document using EPIC electronic health record system accurately and efficiently
  • Support patients receiving complex therapies such as CAR-T and stem cell transplants
What You Need
  • Current Ohio RN license and BLS certification required; ACLS and Chemotherapy Certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical and Oncology nursing, including telemetry monitoring
  • Proficiency in EPIC charting and equipment management (PICC lines, feeding tubes, etc.)
  • Strong assessment skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules if assigned to 12D/N shifts
