Core Responsibilities: Deliver and document patient care using evidence-based nursing practice; coordinate care; support quality improvement and customer service standards; practice aligned with ANA standards and Florida Nurse Practice Act.
Incentives / Relocation:
Relocation Package:$12,000–$15,000+
$7,000 relocation paid on 1st check (non-critical care)
$10,000 relocation paid on 1st check (critical care)

Required Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience:1+ year recent acute care experience (department requirements may vary)
PCU/Neuro:1+ year recent hospital bedside experience required
Women’s Services / Endo / OR / PICU:2+ years experience required
Less than 2 years RN experience: receives 50% of hiring incentives
Certifications: AHA BLS (current for at least 90 days after hire date; may vary by department)
License: Active Florida RN license
Other: Communication/interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, customer service skills
