What You’ll Do

• Monitor and care for patients recovering from various surgeries in a post-surgical/inpatient setting.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Observe patient vital signs and document findings.
• Recognize and respond to post-operative complications promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient recovery.
• Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality care.

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Kansas or Multi-State license at the time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required at time of submission
• Prior experience in Medical Surgical or Post-Surgical Inpatient units preferred
• Strong patient monitoring and medication administration skills
• Able to work night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays
