What You'll Do
Provide direct patient care within medical-surgical units, adhering to all safety and quality standards
Float between units of similar or lower acuity as needed
Monitor and interpret telemetry data (preferred but not required)
Initiate IVs, perform assessments, and document in EPIC electronic health record system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in weekend and holiday shifts, rotating through scheduled hours
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical RN experience; telemetry skill preferred
Ability to float within units as needed
Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation
