Title: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse
Location: Battle Creek MI
Duration: 13 Weeks / OFFERING MORE THAN 13 WEEKS UP TO 26,
Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30
**Manager is not approving RTO for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, NYE or New Years at this time. All holiday RTO will be worked out once on site**

Travel Experience HIGHLY PREFERRED, may consider no travel if more perm experience
Information Regarding Observation Unit:
Floating Requirement: Will float to other Med Surg units
Weekend Requirement: Will work every other weekend.
Information Regarding the Other Med Surg Units:
Other Requirements: Must be willing to work with variety of staff (i.e., RN, LPN, Techs etc.)
Cannot guarantee/approve block scheduling at this time
Michigan RN License
BLS (AHA)
Minimum 1 year Required.
Floating depends on need- typically float to other units once per week roughly

- 10 Bed ER Overflow
- Ratios 1:6 at Night; 1:5 at Days
- Focus of constant reassessment of readiness of patient for discharge. This unit will be rapidly admitting and discharging patients.
Floating Requirement: Will float to other Med Surg units
Weekend Requirement: Will work every other weekend.
Information Regarding the Other Med Surg Units:
- We all see a good mix of medical patients.
- Staffing Ratio 1:5-6 for nights
- Ratios may flex to 8 patients but RN will be paired with LPN for support in these instances
- Variety of staff work on this unit and other Med/Surg units (i.e RNs, LPNs, Techs, etc).
Other Requirements: Must be willing to work with variety of staff (i.e., RN, LPN, Techs etc.)
