A healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions throughout hospitalization
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and communicate significant changes to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Educate patients and family members regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and recovery expectations
Promote patient safety and adherence to evidence-based nursing practices
Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care initiatives
Provide compassionate support to patients and families throughout the care journey
Care for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Previous acute care nursing experience preferred
Advanced certifications preferred or ability to obtain
Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
