Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) – Kansas (KS)
  • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) — Compact‑licensed nurses are welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialty nursing care for medical and surgical patients using the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Adhere to professional nursing standards and Kansas state regulations
• Maintain a maximum 6:1 patient‑to‑nurse ratio to ensure safe, effective care
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through personalized, compassionate care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support high‑quality patient outcomes
