We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our Neuro Unit. We need a compassionate andreliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient-centeredcare model. In this role, you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and managetreatment autonomously. You will be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support eachother while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.
Salary Range:
$27.72 - $33 per hour (1-5 years of experience)
$36.30 per hour (10 years of experience)
$39.60 per hour (15+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials: $3 for nights and $2 for weekendsSign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis)Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
Requirements:
1 year of acute care RN experience
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start
Current BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
BSN preferred
Responsibilities:
Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
Act as an advocate for patient safety
Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment
Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures, and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay
Shifts Available:
Days (7 AM - 7 PM) with rotating weekends
Nights (7 PM - 7 AM) with rotating weekends
Patient Ratio: 1:5 - 1:6
