Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Emergency Department experience; blood glucose monitoring/testing; feeding tube care and management; Foley catheter insertion (female and male); ear drops; eye drops; IM & SQ; NG tube/G tube; oral; subcutaneous; ambulation; face masks; nasal cannula; oxygen administration; bathing (sitz, tub, bed, shower); mouth care; admission of patient; communication of patient status changes to RN/MD; isolation precautions; vital sign monitoring.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.
Special Requests: Candidates within 75 miles are not accepted. Block scheduling may be considered but is not guaranteed. Please keep RTO minimal.
Unit Details: Overflow med/surg/tele flex unit for ED boarder patients inside GI Endoscopy; patient volume may increase or decrease based on demand and boarder numbers. LPN may not assume assignment and act as resource in GIOF or med/surg. SBAR is used for ED patients; verbal report is expected for other transfers/admissions.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. On-call dependent on staffing needs.
Floating Requirements: Based on turn, would float to care for MS patients.
