Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• 6 months of Epic experience is required with 6 months within the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <40 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have have graduated from an accredited nursing school. Will draw own labs- must have 2+ years or recent experience in drawing blood. Recent phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months is required. If the candidate does not have charge experience, they must be willing to be trained.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Charge experience is highly preferred but not required.
Required Credentials: RNs must have an accredited nursing degree through the ACEN or CCNE to be considered. Summa EKG Exam required; passing score of 80% or higher.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at the time of submission. RTO is not allowed during the first two weeks of the assignment. Block schedules will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
Unit Details: The unit is acuity-adaptable. Patient ratios vary based on the patient level of care needs. Charge nurse role: takes patient assignments, Pyxis checks, crash cart checks, assigns admissions, serves as liaison to the supervisor, assigns breaks and meals, and makes assignments based on care needs for the next shift.
Shift & Scheduling: Maximum RTO: 7 days.
7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
