Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• ASN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.
• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.
• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Stroke experience, cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, PIV starts, chest tube management, NGT placement, drain/tube management (Dobhoff, PEG tubes, Hemovac, JP drains, flexiseals, foley insertion/management, etc), PCA pumps.
Required Credentials: ASN/BSN
Unit/Facility Details: Parking: Free
Special Requests: RTO: Can approve up to 6 days off, excluding holidays – must add time to the end of the contract if unable to meet contracted hours
Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend required - Holiday Requirements: Travelers will work 75% of holidays.
Floating Requirements: - All units within scope at Mercy - Within region and scope of practice - Will be required to float per region needs – will require floating to all facilities listed below, as needed, within scope of practice – Decline if not agreeable. - Region 1 - Cabarrus, University City, Stanly, Lake Norman, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH (peds only) – could float to any of the facilities within region if the need arises - Region 2 - Pineville, Anson, Union, Union West, Central Division (CMC Main + CMC Mercy + Levine Children’s Hospital) - Region 3 - Cleveland, Kings Mtn, Lincoln, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH)

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
