Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 6 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Cerner is required.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Central Maine Healthcare and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Central Maine Healthcare.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years or 3 years of Tele. - Telemetry, post-op cath care, cardiac drips with titration, management of dysrhythmias, interpretation of dysrhythmias.
Unit Details: - Sigma Spectrum IV pumps, ceiling Hoyer lift, portable Hoyer lift, portable cardiac monitoring, defib x2 when transporting, EKG machine. - Uses Omnicell. - Common diagnosis/treatment includes stroke, CHF, A-fib, arrhythmias, cardiac caths/stents, and med-surg.
Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend required. - Call requirements: none.
Floating Requirements: - Float to all units except M3; helping hands in ER.
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
