Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Pediatric-only RNs will not be considered.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Charge RN experience preferred.
Special Requests: A dependable personal vehicle is required for the duration of this assignment; no public transportation, taxi, or ride-share options are available, and the nearest major airport is approximately two hours away. Traveler is responsible for identifying, securing, and paying for housing before arrival.
Unit Details: Critical access hospital setting with a broad scope including medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, outpatient, and occasional pediatric care. Primarily adult Med/Surg patients with occasional pediatric patients; this is not a dedicated pediatric unit. May serve as charge RN or preceptor when needed.
Shift & Scheduling: Flex day/night rotation with shift times of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Travelers start on Wednesdays. During orientation week, travelers on a 48-hour contract will work 36 hours due to the midweek start. Holiday coverage required.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
