Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 6 months of Epic experience is required with 6 months within the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <40 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have have graduated from an accredited nursing school. Will draw own labs- must have 2+ years or recent experience in drawing blood. Must have 2+ years of recent MS experience specializing in trach/chronic vent patients.
Required Credentials: An accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE is required. Summa EKG Exam; passing score of 80% or higher.
Special Requests: RTO is due at the time of submission. No RTO is allowed during the first two weeks of the assignment.
Shift & Scheduling: Maximum RTO: 7 days. Must be available to work every other weekend.
Unit Details: The unit specializes in respiratory ailments and care and serves patients with tracheostomies and chronic ventilators.
7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
