Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2640 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Phoebe Putney.

Additional Details:

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year experience required with 1 travel assignment.

Unit Details: Observation unit with medical observation patients. Heavy tele unit monitored by central monitoring. Heparin drips only. Charge nurse is in staffing and may occasionally take patients. CNA support when available. No vents. Fast-paced, high-turnover unit with up to 16 discharges/admissions per day. RNs perform their own EKGs and lab draws. Uses Meditech.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holidays rotate with permanent staff. No call.

Floating Requirements: Floats to med surg.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
