Job Responsibilities

How you’ll contribute  

A Medical Technologist who excels in this role: --

  • Follows standardized procedures and prepares patient samples for testing.
  • Collects and analyzes bodily fluids and substances for abnormalities, including blood samples for transfusions.
  • Operates laboratory equipment safely and effectively.
  • Analyzes test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits; reports and documents findings according to organizational standards.
  • Performs automated testing using computerized instruments and equipment.
  • Conducts Quality Assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of equipment and results.
  • Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for - 

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s of Science with a major in Medical Laboratory Science.

1 - 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory.
