As a Medical Technologist, you'll perform a wide range of laboratory tests that support accurate diagnoses, treatment decisions, and exceptional patient care. Working with advanced laboratory equipment and a collaborative clinical team, you'll help ensure timely, reliable results while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.<\/span><\/span>

What You'll Do<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

As a Medical Technologist, you will play a vital role in supporting accurate diagnosis, treatment, and clinical research by:<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

  • Perform laboratory testing to support accurate diagnosis and treatment<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Operate and maintain sophisticated medical equipment<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Analyze, verify, and manage laboratory data<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain quality control standards and regulatory compliance<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver timely, accurate results<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    What We Are Looking For<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Associate's Degree in Laboratory Science from an accredited institution required<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Technologist in a hospital laboratory setting, including Blood Bank experience<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification strongly preferred<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within the first week of employment<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
