Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic laboratory tests across various disciplines, including hematology, microbiology, immunology, chemistry, and blood banking.
Analyze, interpret, and validate test results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow stringent laboratory safety protocols and quality control measures.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver timely and accurate test results critical for patient care.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of procedures, results, and quality control data.
Stay current with advancements in medical technology through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
Certification by ASCP, AMT, or an equivalent credential (preferred).
State licensure in Washington (or eligibility for licensure, if required).
1-3 years of clinical laboratory experience (new graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
