Job Title: Medical Technologist / Medical Lab Technician - Transfusion Services, Blood Bank, $20k Bonus

• Department: Transfusion Services/Blood Bank. 
• Shifts: Day or evening shifts available.
• Performs laboratory analyses in an accurate, timely, courteous, and effective manner to support comprehensive patient care.
• Estimated pay range for this position is $32.60 - $42.38 / hour depending on experience.
• $20k Sign on Bonus offered.
• Full benefits offered.
• Permanent and Full-time direct hire. 

Qualifications:

• Degrees: Associates or BS degree
• Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support, Clinical Laboratory Technologist
• Additional Qualifications:
• • If Bachelor‘s Degree in Medical Technology or related science as required by the State of Florida, no experience required.
  • If Associate‘s Degree in Medical Technology or related science as required by the State of Florida, a minimum of two years medical technologist experience at BHSF and fulfilling appropriate career advancement/packet criteria required.
  • All candidates require a State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license in appropriate discipline(s) with complete knowledge of medical technology theory and practice.
  • Certain entities (BOS) will require BLS certification.
