Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) – ASCP Certified

A healthcare facility is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join their laboratory team on a full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
• Analyze, interpret, and report accurate patient results
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation
• Follow quality assurance, quality control, and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to support patient care

Requirements:

• ASCP certification required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
