Under the general supervision of the Laboratory Manager, the Medical Technologist is responsible for performing moderately complex clinical laboratory testing in one or more sections of the laboratory with full responsibility for quality control and quality assurance in accordance with CLIA regulatory requirements and standards. The Medical Technologist is responsible for specimen processing, test performance and reporting of test results.
