Medical Technologist - MLT/MLS

Position Details:
MLT - Hourly Base Rate: $25.80 - $32.84
MLS - Hourly Base Rate: $37.42 - $47.63
Shift: Variable. Primarily day shift with rotating weekend coverage. Possible Evenings/Nights.
Hours Per Week: 80 hours/pay period, 8 hour shifts

Job Summary:
- Performs all routine and most special laboratory tests, participates in quality control and quality assurance programs, cares for and maintains equipment.
- Identifies differences in age-specific needs among patients and implements appropriate decision points.
Qualifications:
- Current experience as a generalist with some experience in transfusion medicine.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in training and experience as outlined in CLIA
- Oregon State Health Department Regulations and MLS (ASCP) or MLT (ASCP) certification.
