Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Medical Technologist to join our team in West Roxbury, MA, starting Sept 7, 2026, through March 31, 2027. The role involves performing a variety of laboratory tests in chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank, hematology, coagulation, and microbiology. You will work an 8-hour day shift, five days a week, contributing to critical diagnostic processes that support patient treatment and care.
Required Skills:- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT, MLS, or CLS) from a recognized authority
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience in chemistry, urinalysis, blood bank, hematology, coagulation, and microbiology
- Proficiency in clinical laboratory procedures and techniques
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to pass a government background check
Nice to Have Skills:- Additional certifications in specialized laboratory areas
- Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Other Requirements:- Must be able to clear a government background check
- Willingness to work in a day shift schedule
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hourly Pay Rate: $54.08 (blended rate including 11 paid federal holidays) with an additional $5.09/hr paid towards Health and Benefits.
